Green Goddess Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • fresh ginger
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Prepare all vegetables by washing and cutting into bite-sized pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, stir fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add harder vegetables first (broccoli, snap peas). Stir fry 3 minutes.

Add remaining vegetables and sauces. Toss everything together for 2 minutes.

Finish with sesame oil and chili flakes. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
