Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon
- fresh berries for topping
- granola for crunch
Instructions

In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds and cinnamon.

Pour almond milk over oats. Add vanilla extract and sweetener.

Stir in mixed berries gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, give it a good stir. Add more milk if too thick.

Top with fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola. Enjoy cold!
